Deepspot No Fins Workshop

Deepspot is the new deep pool in town that has been recently opened in Poland. Boasting a depth of 45m and a 20m horizontal training space, it’s perfect for a No fins workshop. This course will be a weekend workshop where I will be covering all aspects of the No fins technique in Depth and Pool, including 1 x Classroom session 3 x Depth/pool sessions and 1 x Mobility/flexibility session. Tenerife Training Camp/ Molchanovs Wave 1-3

- April 6-11
These training camps will be run over 5 days with a scheduled day off in between. The camp includes of a dive session everyday along with either a Pool, Strength/Mobility session in the afternoon along with theory sessions on equalisation, depth adaption, freediving physics and physiology and mental training. There will also be a sled diving day on the last day for some fun dives. During the camps you’ll also be able to complete any Molchanovs certifications. Get in touch if you’d like to join!
Molchanovs Instructor Course

A full Molchanovs Instructor course where you will learn everything you need to teach your own courses and turn your passion into a career. To participate in this course you need to have completed a Wave 3 course or equivalent along with a crossover evaluation. Get in touch for more info on course structure and performance requirements.
Molchanovs Intructor Crossover

A Molchanovs instructor crossover course allowing you to teach the Molchanovs system. To participate in this course you need to have an active instructor membership with a recognised agency.
