Freediving Training Camps

On my freediving training camps my goal is to to compress my Knowledge of Freediving, Deep Diving & Training into a more practical oriented course

I’ve been teaching and competing for many years, since beginning my journey into competitions I’ve managed to climb the ranks and become one of the worlds best CNF divers and broken numerous British records in the process. Over the years I’ve made many discoveries throughout my journey, and naturally many mistakes, but by moving through this process is how we craft our skill and become the best we can be.
My camps can be run from 4 to 6 days, which includes a rest day, and is designed to be more practical and training orientated. The camp consists of a dive session everyday along with either a Pool, Strength or Mobility session in the afternoon. I’ll also give lectures on dive strategy, equalisation & adaption for deep diving along with mental techniques, how to structure your own training any subjects that surround and complement these facets.
 
The aim for the training camp is to give you a solid idea of how you want to be training to supplement your freediving through specific and crosstraining, whatever your goals. And also how you can construct a proficient base training program for future training cycles, whether that be for a progressive approach or to get yourself diving fit for an upcoming holiday.
